Registration for the Event

Registration is required in order to attend our event.  Please complete the registration forms, together with your payment to attend. 

I understand that by signing this document electronically, it has the same legal binding effect as a regular signature and agree to all terms, conditions and rules of attendance to the Rally. You will not be allowed inside unless you have signed a waiver to attend this event for the safety of our primates as well as attendees. Registration is subject to approval of our Officers to attend.
