Registration for the Event
Registration is required in order to attend our event. Please DO NOT complete the registration forms until you are ready to make your payment to attend.
Please also remember you must renew your membership (2027 due in March) in order to attend at the Member Rate. Rally fees are not refundable or transferable.
DO NOT REGISTER until you are ready to pay your fees to attend.
You understand that by signing this document electronically, it has the same legal binding effect as a regular signature and agree to all terms, conditions and rules of attendance to the Rally. You will not be allowed inside unless you have signed a waiver to attend this event for the safety of our primates as well as attendees. Registration is subject to approval of our Officers to attend.
Rule Changes for 2027 Attendance
YOU CANNOT ATTEND UNLESS YOU HAVE PRE-REGISTERED. WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANYONE INSIDE WHO HAS NOT REGISTERED PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Some folks will need to register late, but we will no longer be accepting individuals who "SHOW" up at the door to attend.
All primates are required to be LEASHED and DIAPERED at all times. If your monkey is not diapered, they will not be allowed inside during the event. (other than infants with breeder or in incubator) NO EXCEPTIONS.
Interspecies mingling or interaction may need to be researched, as not every primate can overcome another’s bacteria or flora. Some of the larger species often carry viruses that can cause illness/death if contact is made with smaller species of primates. Please keep this in mind when socializing your monkeys with others, and when interacting with multiple species yourself. Also, large primates can hurt smaller species, so please be mindful of this while visiting with others. Overly aggressive or uncontrolled monkey's will be caged or asked to leave. If you have a primate that has a tendency to bite others, please DO NOT just let them go to anyone and be mindful of everyone's safety at our event. Our number one goal is to have a GREAT time without anyone getting injured. Let's make this yet another wonderful gathering!!
